The College of Health and Human Sciences (CHHS) Student Advisory Committee (SAC) gives students direct access to college leadership for information and support. Members participate in professional development opportunities, advocate for students and learn from other members.
The committee is led by the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and the Director of Advising. Members include up to three student (undergraduate or graduate) representatives from each school within the college, and one representative from the Department of Military Science.
Students can apply for a position on the committee by completing an application and are appointed for a one-year term.

Students interested in serving as a CHHS Ambassador must have the following qualifications and apply through myscholarships:
Meetings are held once a month on Tuesdays from 4-5 p.m. in Wirtz Hall.
I have been grateful to receive a scholarship through the College of Health and Human Sciences for my role as a student ambassador. It has helped relieve a major amount of stress and made it possible for me to stay focused on my classes instead of constantly worrying about how I would afford school expenses.
