Vanessa Neeley currently serves as the administrative aide for the associate dean of research and academics at the College of Health and Human Sciences. In this role, Neeley assists in developing and implementing digital organization systems.

Prior to working at NIU, Neeley was the associate director at Barb Food Mart, a school-based food pantry in DeKalb, IL. During her tenure, she played a crucial role in overseeing the pantry’s operations, coordinating volunteer efforts, and fostering a dignity-based culture.

Neeley holds a B.S. in management from Northern Illinois University and is currently pursuing her M.S. in digital marketing at Northern Illinois University.
