Physical Therapy

Our physical therapy programs are designed to prepare you to meet society’s need for quality health care services. You’ll work with supportive faculty, take comprehensive courses and gain hands-on experience to help you achieve your professional physical therapy career goals.

If you’re beginning your path to becoming a physical therapist, our pre-physical therapy emphasis within our health sciences major is the place to start. You’ll gain the foundation needed to prepare for a Doctor of Physical Therapy program and develop the skills necessary for a variety of entry-level health care roles.

Our fully accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy program prepares you to deliver patient care. You’ll receive hands-on training by experienced faculty in a state-of-the-art clinic where you’ll work with clients from the surrounding, diverse community. You’ll also be ready to sit for the National Therapy Exam (our graduates’ pass rate exceeds 96 percent). Our alumni boast a 100 percent employment rate after passing the exam.
